HOBOKEN, N.J., September 27, 2018 - Flow, the pioneer of next generation cross border commerce, today announced the appointment of Tom Ebling, former CEO and Chairman of Demandware, the industry leading ecommerce platform, to its Board of Directors. As an accomplished industry executive, Ebling brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to Flow.

Serving as Demandware's CEO for 7 years, Ebling helped the company grow from $20 million to $250 million in revenue. He led the company through a successful IPO in 2012 and, in 2016, spearheaded the sale of Demandware to Salesforce for $2.8 billion.

"As a retail technology trailblazer, Tom understands what it takes to innovate and grow in an industry as dynamic and complex as ours," said Rob Keve, Co-founder and CEO of Flow. "We're thrilled to have a Board member who brings decades of experience serving high-tech solutions to global brands. Tom's wealth of knowledge in the retail technology space and his background running one of the most powerful companies in the sector will be extremely valuable to Flow as we continue to grow our cross border business."

"Flow is truly an innovator in their ability to eliminate the sticking points typically associated with cross border commerce," said Tom Ebling. "I'm excited to be a part of this forward-thinking team and I'm confident that my previous experience with global brands, technology, and e-commerce will serve to further evolve the Flow platform."

Prior to Demandware, Ebling was the CEO and Chairman of Lattice Engines, the leading Al-powered platform that provides predictive marketing solutions. Before Lattice Engines, Ebling was the Chairman and CEO of ProfitLogic, an optimization solutions company, which was acquired by Oracle in 2005. Ebling also holds a patent for inventions in software related to process manufacturing at Marcam Corporation. He graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a BA in Mathematics and later attended Harvard Law School.

"Tom's leadership and experience transforming the e-commerce landscape will be invaluable in helping our clients broaden their markets and grow their businesses globally," commented Mike Bryzek, Co-founder and CTO of Flow.
